An Older June at Home (Original)

Two more shots of an older June posing at her home with Arthur Howell in 1987 and taken by Itsgardin.  The rest of these shots that I’ve published so far can be found here, but these two are great semi candid shots with the last one showing June enjoying a tipple of white wine.  The glass looks empty to me, so she either downed it or it wasn’t full when the shot was taken.

Thanks to Itsgardin for these two great shots.

June Palmer – Purple & Black Velvet (Original)

I love seeing shots of an older June and I love them even more when they’ve been taken by John W himself and these are no exception. Taken in 1985 at Strobe Studios by John they feature June posing in a purple dress, which she proceeds to open to show her ample tits! I have 4 shots from this set so far, but John has assured me there are more to come, so hopefully he will send them over soon and we might get to see a bit more of June and less of the purple dress 🙂

More information about this shoot from John – Taken at Strobe in front of a black velvet background with a single light. There is also a similar set of June wearing a white dress done at the same session. June brought both dresses and the shots were taken on medium format slides.

June Palmer & The Dining Room Chair! (Original)

After posting this image by John W of a younger June posing on a dining room chair in a supposed Hotel room, Itsgardin contacted me to confirm that actually the place wasn’t a hotel or set at strobe, but at June and Arthur’s house. He then followed that up with the above image taken in 1987, which clearly shows an older June sitting on the same chair! I suppose there is a chance the chair or chairs were at Strobe and once they closed it down took the chairs home, but at least we know where they ended up!

June Palmer – No Support Required! (Original)

June Palmer posing for Itsgardin at Scotlee Studio’s in 1979. Another great shot of her from Itsgardin, but ladders and steps seem to be a staple diet as a prop back then!

June Palmer in Artemis & Aktaion (Video)

Time for another video clip featuring June and this time a never before seen original made by John W himself! Shot in 1985 Artemis & Aktaion is a 9 minute short film that represents a Greek story based around a red vase and basically features June in a red robe stripping and then rubbing oil all over her naked body, need I say more! Enjoy the clip as it’s a unique view of June on film later in her private modelling career.

Now you’ve enjoyed the clip for some more details about the shoot from John.

‘I tried to make it as representing a Greek red-figure vase. The meteor scene and the transformation into a stag were particularly unsuccessful and I re-shot them on video when I had the film digitized. It was quite difficult to get cloth of the right earthy-red colour. I eventually got it from Liberty’s in London. It was intended as lining for coats and was quite scratchy. I apologised to June about this, but she said she has had worse next to her skin. I made the shoulder brooches, which were decorated with palmettes as sort of visual pun, but they didn’t come out on the film. The running stag and jumping sheep sequences were taken from Edward Muybridge’s – Animal Locomotion’.

A fantastic clip of June that I keep revisiting and watching for some reason 🙂 and a big thank you to John for allowing me to share his own films of June, of which there is one more to come.

June at Home in 1987 (Original)

What an inviting view at home it is as well! June sat on a sofa in her own home taken by Itsgardin in 1987 and a companion to this shot. I’m just loving these shots of an older June in her 40’s as she’s lost none of her poise and sex appeal. Thanks to Itsgardin for sharing them and I’d love to see more from this set 🙂

June Palmer – It’s Not Always About The Body! (Original)

A beautiful close-up of June taken at June and Arthur Howell’s home by Itsgardin in 1987, showing us that it doesn’t always have to be about the body and sometimes a facial shot can express things just as well. Love this shot of June in her 40’s (47 to be precise!) – Thanks Itsgardin.

June Palmer by Itsgardin – 1980 (Original)

Yesterday I posted these images of June that I found via Tumblr posted by user Itsgardin, wondering if they were originals and taken by him. Well Itsgardin has contacted me and yes they were taken by him along with the one above, that was taken at Strobe Studios in 1980. What a great teasing shot of June as she drops her jeans!

Apparently Itsgardin has been a big fan of June Palmer for many years and is also a fan of this site and took photographs of June over a period of 12 years from 1975 until 1987 when she retired even for her most ardent fans. He has about 6500 photographs (wow!) of her over this period and has only just started publishing them.

A big thank you to Itsgardin for sharing these unseen images of June during that period and also allowing me to publish them on this site and I can’t wait to see more of those 6500 shots of June 🙂
