Pamela Green having a bit of a bend and stretch on a beach on the Isles of Scilly in 1958. Taken by Harrison Marks this comes from an original medium format negative and is a superb shot of the fabulous Pam bending and showing off that stunning figure. This shot didn’t actually make it into Kamera on Location, but surely it was good enough to appear in other publications?
Another superb shot of the unknown classic beauty by Harrison Marks with a stunning figure, but this time I have a name! This model appears multiple times throughout early GHM photo sets advertised in the Harrison Marks Glamour Guide and Kamera. This stunning shot showing off her magnificent tits comes from set No.44 of the 72 Steroscopic sets of 5 prints.
Now the name associated with this busty beauty as provided by a number of people including member Billboard is Candy Bell or Belle, depending on where you search for her. So now we have name even if it’s not real for this classic beauty and thanks to all for providing it and reminding me 🙂
The tempting curves and figure of Toni Rees from a restored silver gelatin photo. What a fabulous curvy body she had as shown here kneeling slightly forward on a rug giving us a view of her hanging tits and rounded figure and tummy. A second shot of Toni from this set of her posing in front of those leaf type curtains, the first was posted here.
Vanda Hudson kneeling nude on a sheepskin rug with only a Mink Stole to cover her from full exposure. Taken by Harrison Marks this a Pamar 35mm colour slide and this is as risque as it gets in this set, as she is partially covered or dressed in the others. The only fully topless shot I have of Vanda is this one, so not sure if there are others?
A stunning vintage beauty from the Carnival Annual P22 (1956) and shot by West End Photo’s, but model and photographer unknown. I just love the classic 1950’s hairstyle combined with the red lipstick, fishnet stockings and low cut bra giving us just a hint of nipple. A classic vintage glamour or cheesecake beauty, although I think the red lipstick has been ever so slightly enhanced in this shot.
The term cheesecake seems to have derived from a genre of glamour photography and poster art made popular in wartime pin-ups of the 1940’s, often featuring modest poses by movie starlets displaying lots of leg but little explicit nudity. So called because of the resemblance of a stocking-clad female thigh to the layers of a cheesecake dessert. I think this shot fits that genre perfectly.
Incidentally, this was the first ever magazine I physically purchased and scanned 🙂
Another artistic view of two wet bodies by Harrison Marks. I do love the figures in this one and how the water droplets sit on the skin and what fantastic figures on both, especially that rather shapely bottom.
The models in this shot or the bodies belong to Jean Sporle (Spaul) and the one with the rather nice bottom is Gaby Rougier . I’ve posted a shot of them together here and other shots of them together appeared in Kamera No.17 (1959).
Another scan of a 35mm colour slide from the late 1960’s of an unknown model posing topless in the studio in fishnet tights and long open white negligee. It comes from my collection of 100 colour slides in a box I purchased over on eBay of what seems to be random models posing. No idea who the model is but she is stunning and has a very Latino look to her as she sits there posing for the camera 🙂
