Looking Back on Black! (Original)

A stunning shot of an unknown ebony model with a fantastic pair of huge tits! Throw in the beautiful black pussy and boots and this shot is a winner in my books. One of two negatives sent to me by Jim Barker from Nostalgia Publications, he originally thought they were of Sylvia Bayo.  I’m sad to say I don’t think they are Sylvia, as the tits and nipples and body proportions look different, but Sylvia does appear in this shot!

I love the whole composition of this shot from the way she is stood with that red dress open exposing her big tits and pussy, the black boots and the reflection of her face in the full mirror.  So much going on you don’t know where to look next (apart from the obvious places!).

Once you do get past the obvious and start to look at the rest of the shot you will notice the adverts and images of models on the wall around the mirror and room.  The models I do recognise are Sue Bond (directly above the mirror) and Sylvia Bayo (above the models left shoulder). The others I can’t quite distinguish even at full size, although the portrait of the model and child top left look familiar and I can’t quite make out the name on the facial shot? This came as a Harrison Marks shot, but not entirely sure it is?

Finally, I just love the adverts on the wall for mens trousers! ‘Slack Power’ and ‘For Whom The Bells Toll’ classic!

Update: Thanks to friend Gav who has pointed out that this shot is actually a still from the 1971 GHM glamour film ‘Tailor Made’ released by Maximus International.  The synopsis refers to the model as ‘Ronnie’ but doubt that is her real name, but at least we know it was GHM.

Update 2: Thanks to Arty in the comments we’ve identified the model as none other than Veronica Diemen, another of my favourite black models. Woohoo more Veronica to come 🙂

Copping a Feel In The Chrysanths (Original)

A very horticultural feel (boom boom!) to this original with plenty of flowers and bush on view! Another of my own negatives by Harrison Marks of an unknown duo in the garden at Ewhurst, with the blonde having a quick squeeze of her friends perky little tit.  Not the normal shot I would go for, but the combination of vibrant colours of this negative, plus two women having a play and showing off some serious bush caught my attention.  Nice tan lines as well!

Update: Thanks to Terry the model having her tit squeezed has been identifed as Julie Adams that he had the pleasure of photographing twice in 1969. Thanks Terry!

Update 2: Thanks to member MadMax he’s identified that this still is from the 1970 GHM film ‘Scouts Honour’, filmed at Ewhurst Manor. Now Terry Sparks has helpfully identified Julie Adams but she doesn’t appear in the film. Toni Burnett appears at the end of the film with Josie, her daughter, on her lap, so she is not one of the two main stars. I’m certain that the two main girls are Maria Frost and Delia Thomas and they appear together in several stills.  So it suggests that the girl with Julie Adams in your image is Delia Thomas (a name that Terry may remember?) – Thanks Max for all the information 🙂

The Fabulous June Palmer – Part 1 & 2 (Video)

Long overdue, but time for another June Palmer glamour film from the archives of John W. This one is ‘The Fabulouls June Palmer’ – Parts 1 & 2 by Heritage films and is over 7 minutes long and features June posing nude on and around a stool in part 1. Part 2 starts with June having a quick cigarette break in a white negligee on the stool, before she proceeds to strip and pose nude on the floor. As with all the 8mm reel glamour films there is no sound, so as usual John has added the appropriate accompanying music to add to your viewing pleasure, as if June on film nude wasn’t enough.

Enjoy!

So Fur… So Good! – Part 1 (Video)

Time for another video of June and this is an early one from the late 1950’s (circa 1959?) This 50ft 8mm glamour film titled ‘So Fur… So Good!’ was shot by Russell Gay and distributed through his company ‘Venus Films’ and came in two parts, which I have both! Part 1 below is in colour and runs for approx 3:42 minutes, with part two running for approximately the same time, but in black and white.  I think like other June films both parts were produced in both colour and black and white, hence one part in colour and one in B&W.

Enjoy the film and after the break some more information around the film …

As you have seen by watching the film the premise of it is a simple one (were they ever complex!). June enters the bedroom with a new gift in the shape of a white mink stole. She proceeds to try it on and then subsequently strips off to try it on nude in front of a mirror, before laying on the bed to have a smoke, thus ends part one!  Additionally as well as a copy of this film I have also published a few still images taken by Russell Gay at the same time … Here

This along with many other films come from John W and his impressive collection of all things June.  He had the films converted from the original film onto DVD and added the music as all were originally silent.  I think the type of music suits the clip well and the conversion to DVD and colour of the film have transferred very well in this case.

Hope you enjoyed and part 2 to come soon.

The Jones Girls Make It Roman Style!

A shot of Marina Jones and Ann Jones from the glamour film ‘Make Mine Roman Style’, made on the Roman Set built for the feature film ‘The Naked World of Harrison Marks’ in 1965.  The original loop film was made in colour and 75ft long and was film No.62 in the GHM film catalogue.

Terry Graham Cat Fight!

For all you girl on girl lovers out there, Terry Graham pinning down Nicky James in a scene from the 1969 glamour film ‘Garden of Pleasure’.

Looking at this still that’s definitely one film on my Xmas list from Santa! Although it could do with being a bit longer as it runs for just under 9 minutes in total, which in my opinion isn’t long enough!

Aphrodisia Review

There is a great review over on Gavcrimson’s blog about Aphrodisia, the 1970 glamour film from Harrison Marks, which came in two parts.  The first part came with the description – ‘A film featuring eight characters in sexual action to excite and amuse. A story in the 007 style with fabulous birds and sexy bad men including one virile young man called Captain X. Meet Cherry Doubleday, blonde innocent and beautiful, and a group of delectable girls’

What interested me was that ‘Captain X’ was played by none other than Emmett Hennessy, who contacted me and this site to see if I had a copy of Aphrodisia.  Unfortunately I hadn’t, but I’m glad to see Emmett got in contact with Gav and has been able to acquire a copy of the film he starred in.

Excellent review, so go take a read as I’m always amazed at the amount of details Gav manages to find!

June Palmer – Original ‘Calamity June’ 16mm Film Scan

And now for something completely different and original!  A scan of an original piece of the colour 16mm film ‘Calamity June’.

The first thing I noticed was it was in colour, as the copy of ‘Calamity June’ I have is black and white!  This was from a reel of offcuts and out-takes from Arthur Howell, provided to a contact of mine John*, who had hoped there would be enough to make his own version of the film, but sadly there wasn’t. At least there are some nice stills to share.

Arthur told John he had sold the 16mm colour originals of his films to George Harrison Marks, so who knows where they are today, but a 16mm copy, surfaced on Australian eBay a few years ago and went for about £5000!
