A very early blonde Pamela Green taken by Harrison Marks from the 1950’s. Looking at the second smaller shot I would say this was probably a blonde wig rather than the dyed blonde hair she became so familiar with later in her career.
An original of Pamela Green in an early shot of her as Rita Landre taken in 1954 by Harrison Marks. The red wig was purchased from wig creations and taken on location to St. Mary’s on the Scilly Isles in September of 1954. Pam wore the wig for the first time on the isles, which then later became synonymous with her Rita alter ego!

An early Pamela Green shot by Harrison Marks from a silver gelatin photograph of her posing on some rocks naked. A stunning shot of Pam with her short dark hair and one that was probably taken in the late 1950’s and similar to the shots of her on the cover of ‘In Focus’ and some of the mid 1950’s Sun Bathing Review magazines. Either way stunning and more to come ….
A scan of a silver gelatin photograph of
an unknown model a model only known as Robyn taken by Harrison Marks in the mid 1950’s. This comes from a large collection of early GHM work, including early sets of Pamela Green, Rona Scott, Margaret Warhurst, Delores Alverez and several unknown models.
