  1. I’m a fan of artistic poses as you know and Wendy is just the right size.

  2. Classic pose with the arms above the head to raise the breasts. She seems to have been a very attractive model judging by other photos you have displayed.

  3. Another shot that will doubtless re-ignite the ‘hairless v hirsute’ debate among aficionados of the female nude. For myself, I think the model would look incredibly more erotic with a nicely trimmed bush and a little underarm hair. Either way, it’s a great shot of a great girl!

  4. I sit on the fence (uncomfortably) on the issue of shaved and unshaved because I like both, and there are good things to be said either way, and Wendy does look lovely; but in the end I prefer the natural look. These are living women, not statues, and not girls. I paint life models quite often. They trim their bushes to keep them tidy, but do not shave.

    • My late wife taught painting and drawing in high school. She had a really talented student and she recommended to him that he take life drawing at the local university. He came back after his first night of life drawing and said, “They’re naked!” He may never have seen a naked woman before. He is now a very well-established tattoo artist in the area.

    • I’m with Glaisdale on this. I prefer to see women trimmed to be tidy and I am not really comfortable seeing a developed woman looking like a pre pubescent girl. It is all about elegance which might require some trimming but no more. My wife is an artist and was also a model who posed nude. She always looked elegant clothed or not and that is my firm preference.

  5. One of my life model friends was asked to pose by a local councillor and went to the village hall, full of pensioners with their watercolours, and having undressed in a back room went out front and began removing her gown. The councillor, appalled, asked, “What do you think you’re doing?” She said, “You asked for a life model.” He said, “No, I asked for a live model!” She put her gown back on.

    • That’s very funny. My late wife took life drawing in university. There was a famous model there, a man, and a retired wrestler! He noticed my wife in a far corner of the room. She was a shy 18 year old! Immediately he reversed his pose and put himself full frontal in her view so she could see everything exactly!

  6. When I was first going out with Caroline, she discovered I enjoyed painting. She asked me rather coyly if I would like to paint her in the nude. I thought this was an unusual request, but agreed – subject to one condition: I would like to keep my Wellingtons on, otherwise I would have nowhere to put my brushes. “No,” she said, “I would be the one naked, not you!” How we laughed.

    • There is something rather erotic about a girl being the one volunteering to pose nude. It only ever happened to me once but I remember it vividly – and remember too that I wished I had more film with me!
