Another restored shot of June from a 35mm slide and again I’m not sure which I prefer? The restored colour version still has a red tinge to it, but I liked it and trying to restore it further just made the image washed out. I also converted it to black and white and quite like that version as well, so torn between the two.
Anyway I’ve included both and maybe Oldiznewagain can try his hand at a colour version?
I’ve seen several prints similar to this of June posing with this red background, but never one as good as this, but then it comes from an original negative scan so it’s bound to be better than most. I tried to think of a catchy title for the post as the shot has June with the primary colours of blue and red, but this was the best I could come up with! Either way a wonderful studio pose of June using the blue sheet to good effect.

I’m getting seriously behind on posting coloured versions of some of my posted June images coloured by Oldiznewagain and must try to catch up. In the meantime here as his latest coloured June from an original image I posted last week. I don’t know if the curtain in the original actually was red, but I love it in the coloured version as it looks like red velvet and works really well.
Another fab coloured version of an original black and white image of Pamela from Oldiznewagain, with the original image coming from Kamera on Location (1958). The colours once again really make the image stand out and give it different view from the original.
Time for a couple more images originally in black and white, but coloured by Oldiznewagain, this time Ann Austin and her wonderfully curvy figure! As usual the coloured version followed by the original version and I’ve doubled up on the images again 🙂
The next shot wasn’t one of my originals, but liked it anyway.
