A Wet & Wonderful Hazel! (Original)

A wet and wonderful view of Hazel Bradshaw by either Leslie Bainbridge or potentially Murray Wren. Hazel is one of a number of models that posed for and appeared in the pages of H&E, although I have no actual references to magazine numbers in which she appeared. Murray Wren edited H&E for much of the 1970’s and contributed photographs for many years more, as well as being a friend of Leslie Bainbridge.

So where I’ve originally credited photo’s to Bainbridge they could well be by Wren instead, as the styles and locations are the same, so who knows! I also have over 200 different shots of Hazel from original contact sheets and prints in various locations both indoors and out. This shot seems to be on the sea edge as she kneels on some rocks showing off her naked body and perky nipples and like most Bainbridge/Wren models was completely shaven down below 🙂

Rigby’s Rear! (Original)

Another shot of Jacki Rigby taken by Leslie Bainbridge in the late 1960’s posing nude in a leather armchair from this set. This time a rather nice rear view showing off her bum and a bit more, plus one small pert tit and nipple!

Jacki Rigby – A Natural View (Original)

Jacki Rigby taken by Leslie Bainbridge in the late 1960’s posing nude in the great outdoors. Of course Leslie Bainbridge was the man behind the publications Health & Efficiency (H&E) and I suspect this was for H&E rather than GI as it’s outdoors and I have various shots of Jacki posing in fields, on fences and in trees. Shots from this set also appeared in Outdoor Leisure No.37 also by Leslie and thanks to member Tonal Range for reminding me 🙂

Lee Southern Striking a Pose! (Original)

Another shot of Lee Southern (Grace Jackson) striking a pose on the lawn at Sheplegh Court naturist club in 1960. Scanned from a glass photographic plate and taken in 1960 when she was apparently 24 and wearing a dodgy blonde wig for some reason?

June on Glass – Box 1, Plate No.13 (Original)

After my post yesterday about Leslie Bainbridge I thought it was about time I dug out another shot from this set. The 9th glass photographic plate of June Palmer taken by Leslie Bainbridge in the studio (12th August, 1960).

This shot has June laying against some pillows, one knee raised as she rests an arm on the knee. A beautiful view of June’s young full figure as she looks at the camera and casting a shadow behind her. Unfortunately there is a shadow on the left hand side and in other shots I wasn’t sure if that was in the studio at the time or on the glass plate itself. This shot seems to show that it was a shadow in the studio as it curves in the bottom left of the shot.

So a two for one in this shot, another Leslie Bainbridge shot and of the fabulous June Palmer, prefect! The new gallery for photos by Leslie Bainbridge should be up and running at some point today and will again be broken down by models as with Terry Sparks and Howard Roark where I have enough photos of each model 🙂
