Maria Clarence Laid Bare! (Original)

Maria Clarence beautiful and bare from an original negative scan, with the published retouched version of this shot appearing in Kamera No.46 P15 (1962). Her first appearance was in Kamera No.45 (1962) and further photos were published in issues No.46, 47, 48, 50, 55, 56, 60, 61, 66 & No.75. She also appeared in Kamera Special No.3 and six pages in the hardback book ‘She Walks in Beauty’. Maria was chosen for the 1962 Cornwall location shoot and a total of nearly eighty photographs of Maria were published including duos taken with Margaret Nolan and Jane Mathews. There are two known sets of 35mm Colour Slides of Maria, No’s 24 and No.32 with Margaret Nolan from the Cornwall shoot.

A beauty and bare shot of Maria in the studio, but those hairy arms are evident again, but not a lot of hair anywhere else!

Merle’s Clam & Pearl! (Original)

Merle Henry down on the beach for a spot of nude sunbathing and posing for Harrison Marks. This one is for all the shaven/depilation fans out there after my question on this post, where it seems the reaction was split 50/50 down the middle on Hair or Bare!

Here we see a full frontal of Merle showing off her perfectly smooth lower region and censored versions of similar shots of Merle appeared in Kamera No.41 and Solo (1962).  This beautiful view of the beach and Merle for all to see appeared in Kamera No.46 P33 (1962)!

Margaret Nolan – Pussy Adoration! (1962)

So little time and so many pussy jokes I could use, but I’ll refrain from doing them! Margaret Nolan posing in the Gerrard Street exhibition of GHM’s work, which included a pussy section! As well as photographing glamour models, Harrison Marks also loved his cats (see refrained from using pussy there!) and his cats turn up in many of his early photo’s especially those taken at Gerrard Street and his flat above. Margaret can be seen above in the cat section of the exhibition hold on of the said cats and this appeared in Kamera No.46 (1962) with other shots of Margaret in abd around the exhibition.

Bridget Leonard

Bridget Leonard was the live-in girlfriend of photographer Russell Gay and ran the office in Oxford Street for him, which was the mail order outlet for Venus Films. They split up around late 1967 early 1968. She was already modelling for Russell before she got a role in Harrison Marks’ first feature film ‘Naked as Nature Intended’. She first appeared in Kamera No.43 (1961) then Kamera No.44, 46 (Cover) & 54 and then in Solo No.25 dedicate just to her. Her only glamour film appearance was as a Wild-West saloon girl in the HM Glamour Movie No.106 ‘Gamblin’ Gal’ (1962).

The cracking shot of Bridget above comes from Kamera No.46 (1962) and features her on the cover and centre pages in stills taken on the Wild-West Saloon set featured in ‘Gamblin Girl’.
