June Palmer – She Walks in Beauty

One of several images of June to appear in ‘She Walks in Beauty’, but I like this one the most because it’s a closer shot of June rather than one of her striking a pose. The whole look works for me, from leaning over the back of the chair, her hair and the one boob just showing from the shadows. Taken in the grounds of Ewhurst Manor on one of the many occasions she visited and posed there.

The Perfect Pamela Pose! (Original)

Just when you thought seen everything, something else pops in to your mailbox that makes you stop and stare and this was one of those images. A fantastic image of Pamela Green in a perfect pose, perched on a column by Harrison Marks one assumes.

Thanks to Simon for sending it through and adding some context around the image as it’s one I’ve never come across. It was used on a single image calendar back in the 1950’s (1957 I think), the type that had a company’s name branded on it. I saw a few of these on eBay some months back and they appeared to be banner size and quite long, with the branding at the top and the calendar part below the image. Very rare and they went for more than I could afford! Anyone seen or know of any other of these type of calendars, not just Pamela?

Still an absolutely stunning image of Pam and as a redhead and not Rita. It seems she went through a redhead phase in the late 1950’s as I’m finding more and more of her as a redhead with both short and long hair.

Erica’s Bust

A great busty pose from the Germanic Erica by Harrison Marks.  Great lighting and pose in this shot and GHM seemed to favour Erica in these type of shots oiled, or it’s just the way the light reflects of her skin. For reference this shot was originally published on page 34 of Kamera No.87 (1968), but taken much earlier as she originally posed for him in the late 1950’s and early 60’s.

June in the Office – Part 2 (Original)

It must be time for another from the set of ‘June in the Office’, this time with June perched on the edge of the desk giving us a great distraction from work! Taken in 1971 it brings back memories of the old types of telephones and typewriters, because now you have one device to do both, make a call and send a letter or memo – How times change, but some things are timeless such as June 🙂

Teri Martine as Cleo Kane (Original)

Teri Martine posing in a very nice black bikini and heels, wearing a short dark wig. I’ve seen other shots out there from Teri where she refers to herself as Cleo Kane when wearing this wig and those shots were taken by Arthur Howell at Strobe in the 1960’s.

Barbara Halks

I love the sultry look of Barbara Halks in this image, which seems to be taken on  the set of ‘Eastern Exchange’. Barbara appeared in Kamera No.84, No.85 (cover), No.86, No.87 and Solo No.57. She also appeared in 3 glamour films, ‘Eastern Exchange, ‘Sitting Pretty’ with Nicky Stevens and finally ‘Go Go Girl’ and finally appeared in the pages of the Kamera Calendar 1969.

This beautiful uncensored shot of her appeared in Nature’s Intention Vol.1 No.2 (1969).

Zigrinda in Colour

A shot of the very sullen Zigrinda this time without the fuzzy hat, but showing some fuzz of her own! Unknown publication, but based on the image from Kamera No.87 I would say it was taken at the same location due to the gaudy background and taken by Harrison Marks.

I think the harsh fringe doesn’t help her expression, but maybe it was a wig as the collar and cuffs don’t match 😉
