A Sun Worshipping Marie Deveraux

I thought I’d already posted some shots of Marie Deveraux from this set of 35mm colour Pamar slides, but obviously not! Taken in 1958 on location at the Isles of Scilly by Harrison Marks this has Marie kneeling nude in the sea wearing just a blonde wig and scarf. Many of these shots appeared in Kamera on Location, but not in colour.

This shot was also used on the cover of Film & Figure Magazine No.9 by Parliament Publications, which I posted here back in 2014.

Thanks to Paul from Firebird for sending over this and the rest of the Pamar set of Marie, which he is also selling over on eBay

Marie Deveraux – A Sandy View! (1958)

A very sunny view of a smiling Marie Deveraux taken on the Isles of Scilly in 1958 by Harrison Marks. This shot was first published in the first Kamera on Location hardback book and  appeared on P82. 

A cracking shot of Marie and her figure as she plays kneeling in the sand 🙂

A Bit of a Stretch From Pam! (Original)

Pamela Green having a bit of a bend and stretch on a beach on the Isles of Scilly in 1958. Taken by Harrison Marks this comes from an original medium format negative and is a superb shot of the fabulous Pam bending and showing off that stunning figure. This shot didn’t actually make it into Kamera on Location, but surely it was good enough to appear in other publications?

Naked Yoga with Rita Landre (Original)

Another different pose this time by Rita Landre (Pamela Green) from a restored 35mm Pamar colour slide. Taken on a beach in 1954 on the Isles of Scilly by Harrison Marks it Shows Rita posing nude on a beach towel in a very different pose. It sort of reminds me of a Yoga pose, but must admit I’d join up for this class if thew likes of Rita posed like that naked 🙂

Pam’s Perfect Workout! (Original)

A ‘Non Blonde’ image of Pamela Green posing in long dark wig and scarf using a towel to hide anything too sensitive. Taken on a beach on the Isles of Scilly in 1958 and produced as part of a Pamar 35mm colour slide set, most of these shots ended up in the Kamera on Location book, but as black and white. The reproduction and restoration of colours on this slide is one of the best I’ve seen and comes from my own collection of Pamar slides.

The pose of Pam here actually makes it look likes she doing some sort of exercise workout, although I’m sure it’s just one of those ‘artistic’ poses Harrison Marks used to make her get into 🙂
