Nancy Roberts – A Walk on The Wild Side!

OK, more like a crawl, but I love this shot of Nancy Roberts kneeling on all fours in the grass, especially the look on her face! A very ‘You want it? Come and get it’ look as she poses like that.

Another from the set of Nancy taken in the grounds of Sheplegh Court in 1959, when she was a mere 20 years old! Looking at the details on the box of these glass plates I now recognise the handwriting as that of Leslie L. Bainbridge, editor of H&E (Health & Efficiency) magazine and then Girl Illustrated. Who also took a set of shots I’ve been posting of Lee Southern as well.

Simply Margaret (Original)

The title says it all really as a simple portrait of a young Margaret Nolan, plain and simple. No nudity, just a straight on shot of Margaret looking directly at the camera, beautiful! This comes from a scan of a  35mm slide I own, it had some degradation, hence the slightly grainy look, but it doesn’t detract from the simple beauty of the shot.

Pamela & Marie on Red (Original)

A superb shot of Pamela Green and Marie Deveraux reproduced as a Pamar colour slide, that was originally published as one of the colour pages in Kamera No.14 (1958). A very clear crisp shot of these two iconic ladies in a classic pose for Harrison Marks and one of my favourites featuring Pam and Marie.

Bea Bea’s Bountiful Body (Original)

Bea Bea Chu-Chu showing off her beautiful curvy figure and round ample bosom, as she stands with hands clasp in front of her  perfectly hiding her nether region. Taken by Harrison Marks the shot also features the obligatory sheepskin rug and shiny sheer curtain that have appeared in numerous shots before. Thanks to Kevin for sending over this shot of Bea Bea for his collection.

June’s Perfect Pose in Panties (Original)

The second shot from the restored strip of 35mm negatives of June posing in sheer panties, this time a front view, show that only the rear of the panties were sheer (shame!). Saying that this image just stood out for me, as even though she’s not looking directly at the camera, the pose and curves of her body are just perfect. I actually think have the panties on rather than off only adds to the shot, plus June’s perfect hair offset by the earrings, make it all work for me 🙂

Tina Madison – A Flash of Red

Three restored 35mm slides of Tina Madison with a familiar wallpaper/background seen in other shots of models including June Palmer. I love the flash of red suspenders and panties in the last image and Tina looks good in these shots, as in some she can look a bit dodgy!

Debbie Wynters – Different Belt, Same Body!

Thanks to PhilD for sending through this and several other shots of Lollie Shaw, otherwise known as Debbie Winters (Wynters). This great shot shows Debbie on the Casbah photographed by Harrison Marks set wearing matching headdress, necklace and chain belt. Also thanks to Phil, I have several other small shots of her, where she appears in publications such as Beautiful Britons 170, Spick 179 and Cloud, to name a few, but I’m sure she must have appeared in many more under her different aliases.
