Gloria Lomax – Floral Seduction! (Original)

A beautiful cropped version of Gloria Lomax from a scan of the original negative from Kevin. A glorious side view in colour of both Gloria and an ornate wardrobe at Walden Manor. Several shots from this set were published in Kamera No.88 (1968), so it was obviously taken by Harrison Marks and more of Gloria at Walden can be seen here. A stunning shot of Gloria with her floral skirt just about staying on her hips giving us a very sensual and seduction look!

Frankie Young – Seduction by Music! (Original)

Frankie Young taken by Harrison Marks in the living room of his flat in 1962. Frankie is one of the models I have very few good images of by GHM, but this one is a beauty and shows off her figure perfectly. Similar shots of Frankie around GHM’s flat appeared in Kamera No.56 (1963)

Not only a stunning figure, but a beautiful face as well, very elegant looking. Thanks to Kev for sending over a copy of this original image from his collection šŸ™‚

Hazel Taylor – Oriental Amour! (Original)

Another view of Hazel Taylor (Ann Dixon) by Harrison Marks on the Chinese garden set. A delicious view of her full length figure as she poses sat on a leopard skin rug in front of that gong again šŸ™‚

Marie Deveraux (1940-2019)

I heard the sad news today that Marie Deveraux passed away at the end of last year (30th December 2019). Marie real name Patricia Sutcliffe was one of the first models to became a regular and very popular nude model in magazines during the late 1950’s. She had a brief career in cinema, usually as a sexy girl in comedies, dramas and horror films and appeared in several Hammer Horror films including “The Brides of Dracula” (1960) and was Elizabeth Taylor’s stand-in in Cleopatra (1963)

Marie was one of the original group of models that posed for Harrison Marks in the late 1950’s for his Kamera publication and appeared in many of the early editions including the covers of No.2, No.5, No.10 and No.14. She was also one of three models that went to the Isles of Scilly in 1959, along with Pamela Green and Lorraine Burnett and featured throughout the original ‘Kamera on Location’.

A true glamour model legend šŸ™

More Backstage in Black! (1959)

Another shot of Madeleine Mado (Maria Hale), Mary Deighan and Pamela Green posing in the dressing room from a 35mm Pamar colour slide. I love the fact it looks like just a snapshot of them all as they undress, but Iā€™m sure it was posed, which shows how natural all three were at posing. Pam looks great stepping out of that petticoat revealing her black underwear šŸ™‚
