June Palmer – Nearly Outdone by Wallpaper! (Original)

Two shots of June posing at Scotlee Studio’s where the wallpaper used on the set behind her almost distracts you away from June herself, almost! The top shot of June is too damn alluring of her in those sheer panties and stockings to even get distracted by wallpaper. I included the second less alluring shot, so you can just see the colour of the wallpaper and the rug, but you may need your sunglasses!!

In her time June has posed in a lot of locations and sets, but my god there have been some garish wallpapers in the background! So in honour of those wallpapers I’ve set up another set called ‘It’s All About The Wallpaper!“, so you can see some of the designs she had to put up with. Enjoy, but again make sure you’ve taken your medication and have sunglasses ready as some of it’s a psychedelic trip!

Dawn Grayson – Understated Beauty!

Sometimes the simplest of shots work the best without the need for a model to take her clothes off! This is one of those shots of Dawn Grayson looking ravishing, laying dressed on a sofa, although I wouldn’t object if she proceeded to take her clothes off! I have no idea where this shot originates from or even if there are any more, but an enjoyable view anyway.

June & The Snake-skin Top! (Original)

I like to mix it up with the images I post of June by sometimes posting the obscure or dressed shot and not the expected glamour shot! This one falls into the dressed group as this shot from John shows June in a studio portrait wearing a snake-skin effect blouse and purple pants! All very chic!

A Smoking Hot June! (Originals)

Two original shots of June in a very different context than we are used to seeing her, clothed and smoking! I know smoking in the 1960’s was the accepted norm, but seeing June in photo’s actually posing with a lit cigarette seems odd. If you then add in the fact she’s dressed in a full sheepskin winter coat then these shots are very different from how we are used to seeing June! These photo’s came from John W’s collect and the photos were taken by R.S. Dobie

June in Corsica 66 (Originals)

A couple of different shots of June Palmer now, in that they are not the normal glamour shots, but a few candid holiday shots. These were taken out and about in Corsica in 1966, probably by Arthur Howell and show June looking in shops and posing in front of some Grand Gala fly posters. The poster has the dates of 11th & 12th July 1966 for the Gala, so we can assume the year is correct even if the dates aren’t accurate.

Some great shots showing a different side of June, but never fear normal service will be resumed shortly 🙂

Thanks to John for sharing these with me from his collection 🙂

June Palmer – The Elegance of Black & White

Continuing the theme of different June Palmer shots today, we have a none nude shot or dressed shot of June found on the Internet. In this shot we see June posing in a contrasting black dress and white coat, add in the white scarf and we have a very elegant young lady in a typical shot from the 1960’s. If only those around seeing this shot were to know June was more famous for not wearing her clothes, but shush we didn’t openly talk about such things back then!

Sometimes I forget what I’ve published as this shot was obviously taken at the same time as this shot of June in front of a Triumph car in 1963 – Doh!
