Wanda Liddell – A Sunny View, But Who? (1970’s)

A very natural looking model posing in big floppy sunhat and sunglasses and not a lot else! I have several 35mm slides of this model posing on this set on a red sun lounger that you can just see in the shot  I’ve seen other shots out there, but not in very good condition and this shot along with others comes from Paul over at Firebird Records, but does anyone know who she is? Fabulous figure and thick lush bush, not sure about the hat though and that may also be a wig!

Update: Thanks to several people I’ve now identified this model as Wanda Liddell, also known as Samantha Earle or Betty Bell. She also appeared in several Toco publications such a Spick and Spick & Span and appeared on the cover of Span No.248 (April 1975), Spick No.250, No.254, No.262, No.272, Spick & Span Extra No.56 (Autumn 1975) and No.61 (Winter 1976). She sure loved her wigs in all of them!

Glamour Parade Cover – Ellie or Ann? (1959)

There is no doubting that it’s Ann Austin on the cover of this US magazine Glamour Parade (February 1959), but interesting that the magazine has her named as Ellie Manning on the cover.

Thanks to Paul from Firebird Records for the cover and additional info that unfortunately the only other image inside the magazine is the same shot in black & white. No indication of the fact that she’s a British model, in fact it suggests she’s from New York! But we all know how the magazines and photographer’s back then liked to embellish on the truth around model names and where they came from 🙂

A great clear colour shot of Ann in white lace panties and negligee with the negligee open but strategically placed to cover her ample bosom enough to get her on the cover!

Debbie Magee – Highlights From the 80’s (Original)

Another original image of 1980’s UK model, Debbie Magee. This shot comes from a set of 35mm colour negatives taken in 1988 and features Debbie in black and white striped top, panties and black stockings, with some of the other shots again showing off more of Debbie’s body than just her perfect tits! A very typical hairstyle of the 80’s as well with blonde highlights dotted throughout her perm!

Carrie Lorimer – She’s Got The Look! (1980’s)

A small set of restored 35mm slides of the beautiful Carrie Lorimer from the 1980’s, posing in the studio topless, but wearing matching black panties, suspender belt and stockings and what a fabulous look she has and a very nice pair of tits too!

I know it’s the 1980’s and not my usual type of post, but over the years as I’ve collected original content I’ve also been drawn towards glamour stuff from the 1980’s. This was when I really got into the glamour side of things, so I have always had an infinity to that period! So you will find the odd post of 80’s glamour mixed in amongst my usual posts and there is a link on the menu under ‘I Love The 80’s‘ where you will see all the related posts in one stream. I’m sure you won’t mind my trip down memory lane with these posts every now and then 🙂

Thanks to Paul from Firebird Records for this small but fabulous set of slides.

Edit: Thanks to Gorpur for identifying her as Carrie Lorimer, another of my 80’s favourites identified 🙂

A Bit of Magic From Debbie Magee! (1988)

A blast from my past with an original image of 1980’s UK model, Debbie Magee. This shot comes from a set of 35mm colour negatives taken in the studio of D.E.Brittain-Catlin of Norwich in 1988 and features Debbie in sheer red top, red gloves and stockings, with some of the other shots showing off more of Debbie’s body than just her perfect tits!

Debbie appeared in the typical men’s magazines of the 1980’s and 90’s such as Parade, Fiesta, Knave and Escort. She was a favourite during that time because she was a spitting image of a girlfriend of mine at the time, as they both had similar hair and bodies. Because of this and the quality of the image it was too good not to share!

Light & Shade Magazine Covers (1950’s)

A set of covers from the publication ‘Light & Shade’ from the late 1950’s. I have a set of 15 covers from No.1 to No.15, but have no idea if that is a full set? These were produced by Russell Gay and published by Dalrow Publication Ltd. Pennine Publications, Bolton. A very similar set of magazines in the same style, including Tr-coloured covers was published under the title ‘Line & Form’, but by Eva Grant (I also have a set of these to edit and post).

I love the covers of this magazine especially the use of one primary colour per cover. and I think my favourites are No.8, No.9 (June Simpson) and No.12. Thanks must go to Paul from Firebird Records for all of these magazines and covers, a superb collection!

Brenda Graham – Housework in Hot Pants!

Brenda Graham from Sprite No.3 making a cuppa and doing a spot of housework in a very nice pair of tight white shorts and not a lot else! I’m not sure health and safety would be happy about her doing the ironing topless, but it sure looks good from here! I’ve also included the cover of the magazine as I liked it and god knows what drink the model was making, but the bottle in her hand is Cinzano and definitely the best way to dress for cocktails 🙂

The Fine Form of Lorraine Burnett (1960’s)

Lorraine Burnett in long blonde wig on 3 separate covers of Line and Form during the early 1960’s. The publishers of this magazine defiantly got their moneys worth from Lorraine as she appeared on the cover of three consecutive editions of Line and Form with No.20 (Yellow), No.21 (Orange) and No.22 (Blue).

Lorraine also appeared multiple times within the pages of these editions plus as well as others, so obviously a favourite. These are fabulous shots of Lorraine’s curvy figure on the covers and the use of light and shade to highlight her magnificent bust! I think my favourite is the blue cover 🙂

A Pouting Rita From Études Moderne (1950’s)

Rita Landre (Pamela Green) pouting as she poses for the camera of Harrison Marks. Taken from the magazine Études Moderne P31 (1950’s) by Marks and featuring plenty of early Pam as herself and Rita.

Thanks to Firebird Records for a copy of this fantastic early Harrison Marks publication

Gina by Rosalinda

The cover of Gina by Rosalinda which was a small format magazine full of images featuring ‘Gina’ or as we know her Ann Austin! I’ve seen other magazines ‘by Rosalinda’ and had always assumed incorrectly that this was the name of the publisher or such. It actually turns out that Rosalinda is a female photographer and this magazine actually features a part mirror selfie of Rosalinda and Ann. Well there you go another thing I didn’t know!
