Ann Austin – Bursting Out!

Ann Austin bursting out of a black zippered all in one from the magazine Six No.2 from the early 1960’s. I couldn’t resist posting this shot when I saw it this morning, as it’s a great shot of Ann and different from most of her normal shots. I just love those big tits of hers bursting out from between that black zip and the look on her face is fabulous. Thanks to Paul from Firebird for this shot of Ann and the full scan of Six No.2, which also features several shots of Ann with Diane Hedges and some stunning shots of Nancy Roberts 🙂

Anna Verdi – Rounded Rear on Offer! (Original)

Another tantalizing shot of Anna Verdi by Harrison Marks taken in his flat in 1968. I love this rear view shot of her kneeling in just stay ups presenting her beautiful arse for the camera and many admiring viewers. What an offering from Anna 😉

Cindy Neal – Subtle Stubble! (Original)

Cindy Neal by Harrison Marks from a scan of an original uncensored negative. A great shot showing off Cindy’s figure and fading tan lines, along with a very fine growth, stubbly look to her pussy. Obviously growing it back after a summer of sun 🙂

Unknown Elegance (Original)

A beautifully posed and elegant unknown model taken by Harrison Marks in the studio. A shot that shows Harrison Marks at his best in the 1960’s and getting the most from his model and her pose. 1960’s glamour at it’s best! I have no idea who she is, but I have several shots of her in the studio from this set and have her down as unknown model No.62

The Beautiful Bayo! (Orignal)

The beautiful and exotic Sylvia Bayo (Lucienne Camille) from a scan of an original medium format negative. She looks stunning as she poses nude apart from a long gold chain and metal chain belt, just a shame she has her knee up hiding what lies below and hands across her tits! The obligatory sheepskin rug makes an appearance as well as a dodgy looking chaise lounge in the background.

I mustn’t complain too much as it’s a rare unseen shot of Sylvia, but only the one! Thanks to Ray who sent the negative for me to scan and show on the site, as I’m always on the lookout for new content of Sylvia

A Brightly Lit Bridget! (Original)

Bridget Leonard by Harrison Marks on the bedroom set from a restored colour slide. Another one of the later colour slides that had some colour that seems to have survived, although when trying to recover the colours it did come out rather bright!

Bridget is one of those models I’ve published very little of, not for any reason other than I don’t have much of her, other than a copy of her Solo appearance in Solo No.25 (1962). Several similar shots to this slide also appear in Solo. Thanks to Kevin for sending over this scan of the slide 🙂

June Palmer – Mounds of Desire & Lust (Original)

I couldn’t resist yet another shot from the set of June Palmer with long hair from a restored 10 by 8 print taken circa 1965. Taken on the bed in one of the bedrooms at Ewhurst Manor, this sultry shot has June flashing her perfectly round bosom as she looks directly at the camera with a very michevious look on her face!

Hyldagarde – Restored Kneeling Beauty (Original)

The sexy and very busty Hyldagarde (Hilde Beck) from a restored 35mm colour slide sent over by Kevin. This slide comes from the later Harrison Marks slide sets produced later in the 1960’s and this particular slide comes from set No.41 of Hyldagarde on the Egyptian set.

Which brings me on to the subject of GHM’s colour slides (and others) and if they are worth buying? Slide sets of his models pop up on eBay all the time and range anywhere from anything up to £100 per set, depending on the size of the set and model in question. But nearly all of them when you look at the images are completely red or a faded magenta colour as they have over the years lost their original colouring. Yes, the models are clear and we mustn’t forget that these sets are over 50 years old, but would you really pay £100 for a set of faded red slides? I suppose it also depends on what you want them for, to complete a collection, then in that case it may well be worth it, but anything other than that seems to me to be a waste of money!

Please, this is just my own honest opinion from my view of the world and yes in the past I have paid over the odds for slide sets because they were June Palmer or some other model I liked regardless of the redness to the slides. I buy them to scan for this site and try and restore them, but nearly always they are so red there is little chance of recovering the colour, other than converting the images to black and white. There are exceptions, as some slide sets seem to have survived better over the years than others and Hyldagarde above is a fair example of some colour remaining. It also seems that the colour in GHM’s original Pamar slide sets seem to survive much better than his later sets, maybe better quality production back in the late 1950’s?

Regardless of this fact, faded or red if they are Harrison Marks slides they continue to sell whatever condition. Finally, would I pay £100 for a set of non faded, non red Harrison Marks slides in good condition? Probably as it is Harrison Marks 🙂
